How to get to Ralph Allen School:

From the M4:
Leave the M4 motorway by exit 18 for Bath. Follow the A46 into Bath (approximately 9 miles), then at the large roundabout take the A4 towards the City Centre, travelling along the London Road.

At the next major junction turn left, (Cleveland Place - filter operates) on to the A36 (sign posted to the University and American Museum). Cross Cleveland Bridge and continue ahead until a roundabout is reached. Turn right at the roundabout, following the signs for the University and American Museum and carry on until a further roundabout is reached.

Turn left up Bathwick Hill. Continue past the entrance to the University (approximately 2 miles) and the top of Brassknocker Hill (half a mile later), both on your left.

Ralph Allen School is on the left past the Sulis Sports Club.

From Bristol:
Follow the A4 Bath road through Keynsham and Saltford. At the roundabout by the Globe Inn take the second exit, signposted for the University and American Museum, through the outskirts of Bath and Combe Down (approximately 3 miles in all).

Ralph Allen School is on the right, half a mile after the Mason’s Arms and the Horseshoe Public Houses, and just after the Bath Clinic on the left.

From the South (A36):
Shortly after passing near the villages of Freshford and Limpley Stoke, turn left by traffic lights at the Viaduct Hotel up Brassknocker Hill. At the top of the Hill, turn left.

Ralph Allen is on the left past the Sulis Sports Club.

From Bath Spa Station:
A taxi is the best answer for anyone without a car. There are few direct buses.
